1- What payment methods can I use?

Currently Hippie Store has three payment methods: Credit / Debt Card, Cash on Delivery (only with express delivery) and Paypal

to- Card payment:

You can pay for your purchases through cards: Visa and MasterCard. For your security we offer you secure payment through SSL. This system encrypts and protects your personal data. We use Redsys from BBVA.

This means of payment does not have any type of commission or additional expense.

The amount will be charged to your credit card immediately after submitting your order.

In the event of a return, we will credit the amount paid to the account associated with your credit card.

Additional credit card payment security

Redsys allow secure payment for credit card transfers over the internet with special encryption.

You don't have to install any software on your computer.

When you select the payment method by credit card, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway BBVA Redsys where you will make the payment with all the security guarantees.

b- Cash on delivery:

Through this means of payment you will not need to pay before receiving your order at your home. It will be managed by Correos Express and the commission that this company charges to "Tienda Hippie" for its management will be charged.

This means of payment will only appear as an eligible option if you opt for delivery with express mail and you make your shipment to Spain Peninsula.

The cost of this means of payment is 2% on the value of the purchase with a minimum of € 3. In addition, the amount to be paid will be rounded to facilitate the collection thereof.

Remember that if you choose this means of payment, you must have the exact amount to make the payment when you receive the order since the dealer does not carry change for security reasons.

In the event of a return, we will credit the amount paid to an account that you indicate by mail. Remember that the commission expenses for having used this means of payment will not be refunded, since it is a charge that e-mails charge to Hippie Store.

c- PayPal:

You can pay for your purchase with the security provided by PayPal. Despite the fact that the company charges expenses for this service, Tienda Hippie does not charge this commission to the client, which means that it will be "Free" for you.

If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to their platform to finalize the payment, during the purchase process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can confirm the payment by indicating your user details on your page.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can log in as a visitor or open one in PayPal to confirm the payment.

We will send you your order after receiving your payment. Normally, payments via PayPal are completed in a few minutes.

If you pay via PayPal, you will always receive a confirmation of your order. Please note that in some cases, processing errors may occur on the PayPal website.

ANDn case of return, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. From it, you can decide if you want to transfer that money to your bank account or leave it in PayPal. Due to the commission costs that this company charges, in the event of a return, these expenses will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

d- Wire transfer:

You also have the option of paying by bank transfer. For this you must transfer to our bank: BBVA whose data will be sent to you by email when you choose this payment option in your purchase.

Keep in mind that if you choose this payment method, the product will be sent when the money transferred is credited to our bank account.

Once the transfer is made, please send us the receipt by email or WhatsApp to be able to consider the order paid and thus send it as soon as possible.

and- Bank deposit:

If you do not have an account or you prefer to make a deposit into our account from an ATM, you can choose a bank transfer payment and make the deposit by going to the BBVA bank.

The details of the account in which you will have to deposit will appear in the email that you will receive when placing the order.

Once the deposit has been made, please send us the receipt by email or whatsapp to be able to consider the order paid and thus send it as soon as possible.

Remember, that as in the "bank transfer" payment method, the order will be sent when the money deposited is credited to our bank account.

F- Bizum:

If you prefer to pay using this modern payment method, you can contact us requesting it and we will give you the data to be able to do so.

2- Can I pay in other ways at the physical store?

If you come to our shop in person, you can only pay in cash. If you wish to pay by other means of payment, you can make your purchase and pick up your order in the shop.

3- Are the payment methods safe?

As we clarify in each payment method, they have all the possible security, however, the most important protection is your own password. Never provide your password to third parties and prevent your account from being accessible. We abide by current data protection laws and regulations. The data you provide will only be used to process orders and constantly improve our services, but we will never transfer them to third parties without your prior consent. 4- Why can't I find my favorite payment method?

We regret if your favorite payment method is not available and we work to expand the payment and delivery possibilities on our website, but sometimes it is difficult for us due to the costs, return fees or risks for us that some of them entail.

Please note that our Customer Service team has no way of changing the payment methods offered to you at checkout.

Our team works hard and it may be that if your preferred method is not available at this time, it will be in one of your next purchases.

5- Can I pay in installments?

Yeah!!! We already have the option of 3 interest-free installments available through the Paypal payment method.

6- Can I have my invoice with VAT?

You can download your invoice from the History of your orders that you will find in "My account"

If you need it to include the tax identification number, remember that you have to include this information in your billing address before completing the purchase.

7- Do the products include VAT?

Yes, all prices, both for products and shipping costs that you see on the web and on the invoice include VAT, so it will not change the amount to pay.
