Paola Koroluk (owner of Tienda Hippie) with registered office Dr.Moliner, 40 -Burjassot - Valencia - Spain with CIF Y5072823A, organizes a competition called "Christmas Sweepstakes".
2- Detachment from Instagram
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or otherwise administer this promotion, nor is it associated with it. The user completely dissociates himself from Instagram and is aware that his information is being provided by the company Hippie Shop and not by Instagram. The information you provide will be used for Hippie Store (to manage the contestant's participation / to communicate the prize / commercial uses).
3- Object and mechanics of the competition
The contest consists of participating (fulfilling a series of requirements) completely free of charge for the prize of an Agenda.
To participate, interested parties must:

Each person may participate only once.
It will be possible to participate from 12/12/2019 to 23/12/2019 and the draw will take place on 24/12/2019.
It will be raffled among all participants through the application "Sortea2" and the winner will get an ecological agenda made of recycled paper.
The photo can be commented, but if the comment is inadequate, the participant will stop participating.
Participation in the Contest implies the transfer and express authorization of all intellectual property rights and image on the entries, so that the participant assigns to the company Hippie Store the rights of exploitation of intellectual, industrial and / or image that could correspond or derive from the entries sent to participate in the Contest.
4.- Duration and Scope
The activity will be carried out in the following geographical area: Spain Peninsula
The starting date of the competition will be 12/12/2019 and the end date will be 23/12/2019 inclusive.
5.-Requirements for participation
They will be able to participate in the Promotion:
- all natural persons over 18 years of age who at the time of purchase are in Spain who have a real user profile in INSTAGRAM.
They will not be able to participate:
- employees of the company Tienda Hippie
- the fraudulent profiles.
6.- Selection of the winner(s), substitutes, communication and delivery.
The winner will be chosen at random on 24/12/2019 without any preferences and in a completely transparent way through "Draw2".
The name of the winner will be communicated on the Hippie Store Instagram fan page, a message will also be sent to the winner by instagram, once the draw is over.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first contact attempt, or if the winner renounces the prize, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner loses the right to claim the prize.
In the event that the same happens to the second winner, the draw will continue until the prize is awarded.
The company Hippie Store will send directly to the winner the prize obtained to the address indicated by the winner.
7.- Awards
The prize will be an ecological agenda made of recycled paper with free shipping within Spain Peninsula to the home of the winner.
In no case will the amount be reimbursed in cash.
8.- Reserves and limitations
It will be understood, by way of illustration but not limitation, that fraud occurs when it detects the alleged use of applications independent of the Website, the conduct of an abuse of server queries and all those behaviors that may be apparently abusive and / or malicious.
The verification of any of these circumstances during the contest will mean the automatic disqualification of the contest as well as the loss of the prize if it had been granted.
The company Hippie Store is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.
The company Hippie Store reserves the right to take legal action against those who perform any act likely to be considered manipulation or falsification of the contest.
The company Hippie Store excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of operation of the services through which it participates in the promotion, the disappointment of the usefulness that users could have attributed to them, and in particular, but not exclusively, to failures in access to the various pages and sending responses to participation via the Internet.
The company Hippie Store reserves the right to make changes that result in the good end of the contest when just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the way in which these rules collect.
Hippie Store reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the contest, as well as the ability to interpret these legal bases.
Also, the organizing company will be exempt from any liability if any of the above cases, as well as any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

The data supplied by participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated file of personal data, being the company Hippie Shop owner and responsible for the file, with registered office in Dr. Moliner, 40, Burjassot, Valencia, Spain, whose purpose will be the management of this draw (and sending commercial information that might be of interest).
The company Hippie Store guarantees full compliance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this contest, especially with regard to the exercise of rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of contestants.
10.- Acceptance of the rules.
The mere participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these Rules, so the statement in the sense of not accepting all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of it. The company Hippie Store will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with this participant.
