1- How long does it take to send my order?

Once you place the order, we proceed to prepare it, at which time you will receive an email saying "Preparation in progress", this means that we will send your purchase shortly. Orders placed until 10 a.m. of each business day, they will be prepared on the same day, requesting the collection from the chosen postal company. Collection times are the responsibility of the transport company.

  • The delivery times shown in the cart are merely indicative, they are based on what the different carriers tell us, they should be considered estimates and do NOT constitute a guarantee or delivery commitment.
2- How much does shipping cost me?
  • We have different transport companies for shipments to different places. The shipping rates vary according to the weight, volume, destination and transport company chosen.
  • To know the cost of your shipment you must put the products that interest you in the cart and log in or register (if you have not done so yet) adding your address to your data
  • There are free shipping to all destinations for different minimum amounts.

 

NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE TO: Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

3- Can I get free shipping?

Yeah!!! Depending on the destination and in some cases the transport company, shipments will be free when your purchase exceeds the following amounts:

  • Spain Peninsula - from €30
  • Balearic Islands – from €60
  • Canary Islands – from €110
  • Portugal – from €80
  • Hungary – from €120
  • Rest of Europe – from €110
