1- Can I cancel the order?

You can request the CANCELLATION of the order, as long as the shipping order has not been given. In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded.

To request the cancellation of the same, you must enter your information on the web and go to the Returns section, select the order and click on "Cancel"

In the event that it has already been sent, the system will not allow you to cancel it, but you must wait to receive it and then return it.

2- What happens if I receive a defective/defective product?

In the event that the product you receive is defective, you must follow the same steps as when you return a product and choose as Reason: Product with defect.

You must tell us in comments, the defect that you have found in it.

For claims for defective products you have 5 calendar days from the moment the order is received. If this time has elapsed, the system will let you make the return, but it will not be accepted.

Remember: An item whose fault is present in it before its sale is considered defective.

3- Can I change or return any product?

We accept changes and returns of all our products, except those pending (for hygiene reasons), as long as they are requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

The incense must be returned sealed, just as you received it.

4- Do I have to pay the postage to exchange or return a product?

If you are in Spain (peninsula) the postage for the return of the product is FREE.

In the rest of destinations, postage will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

5- Can I return products from different orders?

Yeah! You can return items from different orders in the same shipment. To do this, make the returns of each order consecutively and clarify in the comment: "I want to return items from different orders in a single package"

6- Can I return products from the same order in different returns?

You can do it, in fact, the system will let you, but the postage of the first return will be free (Spain peninsula) and the postage of the following returns will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

7- How do I request the return of a product?

  • Fragile items, such as bowls, statues, and stones, among others; You must pack them safely so that they arrive healthy at our warehouses. Hippie Store is not responsible for possible breakages on the trip, so if they arrive broken, we will not be able to refund the money.
  • If you request a size change you can indicate it in the comment.
  • Accept the terms and conditions and click Submit
  • Once the return is requested, we will evaluate it and if it is correct (according to these return policies), we will send you an email with the label and an attachment that you must place inside the package to be returned.
8- How do I proceed to return the products?

Once you receive the email with the label, you will also receive an attachment that you must place inside the package.

Said package with the label on the outside, you must take it to a post and telegraph office, consult the nearest office HERE

IMPORTANT:

  • Place the products to be returned, along with the email attachment you received in the original bag or box. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other, as long as it is well sealed to avoid the loss of the items.
  • Place the label received by mail outside the bag or box.
  • Items must be in their original condition and keep all tags. Garments that have been used and/or that do not contain all the accessories and original packaging in good condition will not be accepted. Products should not have stains or perfume odors. Hippie Store reserves the right to deny returns of products with signs of having been used, damaged or mishandled.
  • You have to make the return in the same market/region in which you made the purchase.
  • If you have purchased random products or products with assorted colors/models and you want to return them for another color/pattern/model, postage (both outbound and return) will be the responsibility of the customer. Remember that to choose the unit to receive, you have a WhatsApp (+34 658474011) where you can receive photos of the product prior to purchase.

9- Can I make the return on my own?

In the event that your return is not free because you are outside of Spain (peninsula) you can send it by the mail you want and at your expense, but you must previously make the return on the web indicating the product to be returned.

If you have a free return, but you decide to send the package on your own, only the amount paid for the product will be returned, we will not refund what you have paid for the shipment.

10- Can I make the return in the store?

Yes, our store is in Burjassot-Valencia, but we do not have direct customer service, only by appointment.

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, you will receive the refund within a period of 3 to 12 working days through the same payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an e-mail when the return is confirmed. The payment time will depend on your bank.

In the case of having selected payment by cash on delivery when you made the purchase, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the customer by email.

13- What is the amount that I will receive from the refund?

As long as the return is in accordance with these policies, and you are in Spain (peninsula), you will receive the amount paid for the returned product(s).

If you are outside of Spain (peninsula) and you have sent the return by your own means, you will receive the amount paid for the returned product(s).

If you are outside of Spain (peninsula) and you have requested the return to Hippie Store, you will receive the amount paid for the returned product(s), discounting the price of the return postage.
