- Peninsular Delivery Service: We deliver within 24 hours from the date of dispatch of the order.
- Delivery service for Balearic Islands: We deliver within 3/5 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.
- Delivery service for the Canary Islands: We deliver within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.
- Expedition: If the purchase (with payment duly credited in case of bank transfer) is made before 13:30 pm, the package will leave our store the same day unless it contains some product with delay (these products are indicated in the description with "DELIVERY IN 5/7 WABLE DAYS")
- POSTAGE COSTS:
- Spain Peninsula: 0€ "Free Shipping" for purchases over 50€. Shopping Less than 50€ the value of the shipment is 4,48€.
- Balearic Islands: 0€ "Free Shipping" for purchases over 100€. Shopping Less than 100€ the value of the shipment is 8,95€.
- Canary Islands: 0€ "Free Shipping" for purchases over 230€. Shopping Less than 230€ the value of the shipment is 22€.
- First Change Free: In Spain Peninsula you can exchange the product(s) you have purchased within 14 days of receiving the order. The first exchange is free of charge (the company will cover the costs of collection and shipping). It is one change per order: if it is more than one garment, it must be done in a single collection. No returns will be accepted for garments that have been used and/or do not contain all accessories and original packaging in good condition. To request it, send us an email to [email protected] with the details of the order and the desired change, we will respond as soon as possible indicating the steps to follow. In the Canary and Balearic Islands the change can be made provided that the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Random or colored products: As indicated in all these products, they change from one unit to another and colors or prints can be requested by mail or whatsapp BEFORE shipping. Once sent, if you want to change the color or print of it, the cost of moving the product (both the going and return) will be borne by the customer.
- Subsequent Changes: You can make more than one change, they will be without any penalty from the company, but you must pay the shipping costs both round trip. These changes must also be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. No returns will be accepted for garments that have been worn and/or do not contain all accessories and original packaging in good condition. To request it, send us an email to [email protected] with the details of the order and the desired change, we will respond as soon as possible indicating the steps to follow.
- ORDER CANCELLATION: It is possible to request the CANCELLATION of the order, as long as the shipping order has not been given. In that case the total amount paid will be returned except that the purchase has been paid by paypal, in which case the expenses that this company charges for this service (3%) will be discounted, which will be applied to the amount to be returned.
- In the case that it has already been sent, the client can request the return of the order to our department of attention to the client: [email protected] (to see details in section RETURNS)
- In the event that the shipment has been made and the destination is the Canary Islands, the costs incurred in respect thereof will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- RETURNS: Within 14 days you will be able to return the order.
- CHRISTMAS PERIOD: Products purchased from 05/12/19 onwards may be returned or exchanged up to and including 15/01/20.
- Wrong or Damaged Product: WITHOUT PERSONALIZATION none for the client. You must immediately inform our customer service: [email protected] to proceed with the change.
- Customer Withdrawal: 14 calendar days to return your product. Shipping costs to be borne by the customer. No returns will be accepted of garments that have been used and / or that do not contain all accessories and original packaging in good condition. To request it, send us an email to [email protected] with the details of the order and the information of the product to return, we will respond as soon as possible indicating the steps to follow.
The return has no penalty on the products. Once received the product will proceed to the refund of the amount paid less the Expenses caused by the shipment originated to know:
1- If the shipment has been paid: We will refund the amount paid only for the product (the cost of transport will not be returned) minus the cost of collection which will be equal to the value of the shipment (according to zones).
2- If you have not paid the shipment: The amount will be refunded less the cost of shipping and collection which will be equal to 2 times the value of the shipment (depending on areas). If the products purchased in final form exceed the amount of free shipping for each zone (See section Shipping Costs), we will deduct only the value of the transport for the collection.
3- In the case of having selected purchase by cash on delivery the cost charged by the transport for the service will not be returned.
4- The original payment method will always be used to refund the money.
5- In case of having made the purchase by cash on delivery, the return will be made to a bank account indicated by the customer. The expenses paid for having opted for this form of payment will not be refunded.
6- In case of having paid the purchase by Paypal, the expenses that this company charges for this service will be discounted (3%), which will be applied on the amount to return.
- COVID-19 - STATE OF ALERT: While the state of alert lasts throughout the country, Tienda Hippie has decided to change some of the measures to benefit and adapt this situation, both to our customers and employees, contributing to the solution of the great problem that is plaguing us, and they are:
- Closing of our physical store: This affects the purchase and/or return in it, so no purchases can be made in the physical store as well as returns, which can be made when we are authorized to reopen our doors. Return times are frozen for the duration of the confinement.
- Deliveries and collections: These will be carried out in the usual way, with the necessary procedures to guarantee the security of customers, employees, couriers and society in general. Although they are handled in the same way, there may be delays in all processes.
- Minimum free shipping in total confinement: On the peninsula the minimum purchase with free shipping has been reduced to 20 euros, all other conditions being maintained.
- Minimum of free shipping in phase 1: In peninsula the minimum of purchase with free shipping will be 30 ?, keeping all the rest of conditions.
- Changes and returns: The deadline has been extended to 30 days from the delivery of the product, this is valid for products received from 10 days prior to the start of the alarm state, that is from March 5
- Payment methods in total confinement: To minimize contact at the time of delivery, we have eliminated the cash on delivery as a form of payment, having as the only methods of payment: Payment by paypal and card payment through Redsys (BBVA)
- Payment methods in phase 1 and onwards: The payment method removed during the confinement is restored: the counter-refund, the rest of the conditions being in the usual way.
