Prosecution

Once you place the order, it is prepared, at that moment you will receive an email of "Preparation in progress", this means that we will send your purchase shortly. Orders made until 2:00 p.m. of each business day, they will be prepared on the same day, requesting the collection from the chosen postal company. The collection times are the responsibility of the transport company.

Transit Times

The delivery times shown in the cart are merely indicative, they are based as indicated by the different carriers, these must be considered estimates and do NOT constitute a guarantee or delivery commitment.

Types and Costs of Shipping

We have different transport companies for shipments to different places. Shipping rates vary according to weight, destination, and chosen carrier.

The system will automatically calculate the price according to the weight, volume and final destination.

There is free shipping with all transport companies and to all destinations within Spain except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Deliveries to other European countries will be charged.

NO SHIPPING TO: Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

We have free shipping only to Spain Peninsula making purchases for the following amounts according to each transport company: Correos Standart delivery in Office 30 €, Correos delivery at home 40 €, Correos Express 50 €.

Changes

We accept changes of all our products, except pending ones (for hygiene reasons), provided that they are requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

We do not accept exchanges for orders destined for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In this case, you can make a return (see section RETURNS).

The first change of clothes is free, assuming the company both the collection and the new shipment.

In the case of products other than clothing / clothing, it must be made as a return and a new purchase (see RETURNS section)

Defective product:

In the event that the product that you receive is defective, send us an email to [email protected] indicating the order number, the code of the defective product and attach photos of it. We will respond to you as soon as possible with the solution to the problem.

For claims for defective products you have 5 calendar days from the moment the order is received.

Remember: An item whose fault is present in it before its sale is considered defective.

Important: All our products are handmade by hand in small workshops, the garments may show imperfections in dyes, seams, or others. As our label says: "Our products are handcrafted, their imperfections are part of their beauty and uniqueness"

Cancellation of the order:

You can request the CANCELLATION of the order, as long as the shipping order has not been given. In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded except that the purchase has been paid by PayPal, in which case the expenses that this company charges for said service will be discounted (3%), which will be applied to the amount to be returned.

In the event that it has already been sent, the client can request the return of the order to: [email protected] (see details in the RETURNS section)

Returns:

We accept the return of all our products, except the pending ones (for hygiene reasons), as long as it is requested within a period of 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
