1- How do I register?

You will find the drawing of a padlock in the upper right part of the screen, when you click on it you will be able to opt for "Login" or "Register", you must go to the second of the options for being your first time, or you can also click HERE.

We will then ask you to fill in a series of details to identify yourself and you will have to enter a password that will be used to access your account from now on.

When you register, you will receive a confirmation email; if you don't receive it, read the point: 7-Why don't I receive confirmation emails, newsletter, orders or bonuses?

2- What is the benefit of registering?

Registering at www.tiendahippie.es allows you to have a personal account where you will have your personal data and addresses so that you do not have to reload them in subsequent purchases and you will be able to access the history of your orders; you will also be able to receive offers and promotions, as well as notifications of new products. In addition, having an account provides other advantages, such as for example, browse the online store with greater simplicity and save the products you like in "my favorites" to formalize the order then or you can also leave the products loaded into the shopping cart.

3- Do I need to register to buy?

No, you can buy without registering, although you would enjoy fewer advantages as a user. In this case, it is necessary to provide the data required by current legislation in order to complete the purchase process. These data would be the following: name, surname, DNI and the address where to make the shipment of the order, the email and mobile phone number. These data will be used only to process the order in progress.

4- Can I buy as a company or self-employed?

Yes, you can register the account with the name of the person in charge of the order and then, by entering addresses you can put the name of the company in Alias and the number of CIF / NIF where it indicates VAT number. This way you will have your invoice correctly. 

 

5- What do I do if I don't remember the password?

If you do not remember your password, just click on: "Forgot your password?", this option is found by clicking on the padlock at the top right of the screen. There you must place your email and click on "Send password reset link". You will receive an email with a link that will take you to the website where you must place it twice for your security of having placed it well. 6- How do I change my password?

To change your password you just have to log in to "My account". by clicking on the little man you'll find at the top right. Then go to "Information" and there put the current password and the new one and then Save.

7- Why don't I receive confirmation emails, newsletters, orders or bonuses?

First wait a few minutes because there may be a temporary technical problem and take.

If you still don't receive it look in your Spam or Junk E-Mail box on your email account, maybe they are there.

8- What use does Tienda Hippie make of my data?

9- How do I access my account? How do I log out?

You can access your account from HERE. Or in the web you will find a drawing of a padlock in the superior right part where you will be able to accede placing your mail and your password.

Once logged in, remember to log out if you are on a computer or mobile phone that is not your property, so that no one can access your data. To close the session you just have to click on "EXIT" which is in the same padlock. 

10- How do I update my data?

By logging into your account through the drawing of the little man (top right of the screen) you can access and modify all your data organized as follows:

INFORMATION: Here you will find the personal data of your profile, including your password.

ADDRESSES: Here are your uploaded addresses and the option to upload new ones

ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS: You will find all your orders listed from the most recent to the oldest, and you will be able to see their status, invoice, detail and the option to order it again. By entering the detail you will be able to send a message about a purchased product.

CREDIT SLIPS: Your credits will appear here when you have subscriptions made.

VOUCHERS: Here you will be able to see your coupons to use them.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS: From here you can return goods purchased previously, in the period of time accepted.

MY FAVOURITE PRODUCTS: You will be able to access your list and delete those you no longer want in it.

MY WISHLIST: You will be able to access all your lists and delete the lists or products that you no longer want.

MY REVIEWS: Here you will be able to see the products that you have bought, you will be able to give your opinion about them and also see the opinions that you have already made.

11- Can I add several delivery addresses?

Of course, you can upload several addresses by going to "My account" (drawing of a little man on the top right of the screen) or by clicking HERE. You will be able to give them a different name to organize you.

You can also add an address when you are making the purchase, in point 2. Addresses will appear the addresses that you have already loaded and the option "Add new address". At the same point you can also change the existing address.

12- Can I send the purchase to another person or address?

Yes, you only need to load the same as a new address and opt for it at the time of purchase.

13- What lists do I have to store products I like?

You can save the products you like in two lists: "My Favorites" and "My Wish List", both serve to access them and place them in your shopping cart.

14- How do I manage my "My Favorites" list?

To add products to this list you can do it in two ways: without entering the product, by clicking on the heart that appears when passing the mousse over or when entering the product by clicking on "Add to Favorites" You will find this button under ratings.

From your mobile you have a drawing of a heart to add products to this list, it is located next to add to the basket inside the product.

You can access "My Favorites" when you add a product as a Favorite, at which time the "My Favorites" access button will be activated in the upper right area of the screen.

You can also access this list by clicking on the drawing of the heart that you will find in the upper right margin of the screen (next to the cart).

Finally you can access this list by logging into your account where you will see the drawing of a heart assigned to this list.

To delete data from this list you must access it and click delete on the product you want is no longer in it. In the case of doing it from a mobile you will have a cross in the products that when you press it the same one will be eliminated of this list.

To access this list from the mobile you can only do so by logging into my account.

15- How do I manage "My Wish List"?

To add products to this list you can do so by entering the product by clicking on "Add to Wishlist". You will find this button below the ratings

You can access "My Wish List" when you add a product as such, at which time the "My Wish List" access button will be activated at the top right of the screen.

You can also access this list by logging into your account where you will see the drawing of a gift assigned to this list.

You can have more than one wish list and in it you can save different products for different personal purposes, for example to create a list of products for you and a list of products to give away. To create them you will have to enter in My account and there will appear the lists that you have and the option to create a new list of desires.

To load products the list that has a check mark in "default" will be where you load the product you choose, if you want to load in the other list you must change that check mark.

To delete the created wish list, just click on the cross.

To delete products from this list you must access it and click on the delete cross that appears to the right of each product. Or select all the products you want to delete and choose the "Delete selected" option that you will find underneath it in Group Actions.

On the other hand you can move products from one list to another; you have this option to the right of the product where you can choose the list to which you want to move that product.

This function can only be used in computer.

16- Can I compare products?

Yes!, to facilitate your purchase the website has a comparison list where you can choose up to 4 products and the system will compare their features.

In order to add the products to this list you can do it of diverse forms: without entering to the product, pressing in the square with arrows that appears when passing the mouse over or when entering to the product doing click in the same drawing that you will find next to adding to the cart. 

To remove products from this list just enter it and click on the cross below the product.

This function can only be used in computer.

17- Do I agree to receive offers and newsletter subscriptions?

If you click on these items you will receive information by mail about our offers, discount coupons and also information about new products.

We can assure you that the amount of mail is not usually more than one per week and many times is less than that, so we recommend you to subscribe, so you can find out about these offers on time. Therefore we ask you to give us a chance and subscribe!

In case you subscribe and then you don't like the emails you receive, you can unsubscribe in your account or in the same email you are receiving as they all have the option at the bottom.

18- Is it convenient for me to follow Hippie Shop in Social Networks?

In Hippie Store we have two social networks: Instagram (tiendahippie_) and Facebook (tiendahippie)

In them we publish news, product entry and notices of offers and discount coupons.

While these communications are both by social networks as in the web itself and in the newsletter, the most used and active are the social networks so if you want to enjoy all the discounts and learn about our new products, we recommend you follow us in one of them or both.

         

19- Can I cancel my account? How do I do it?

If you would like to delete your account, please submit your request using the email address you provided when you registered with Hippie Store. This is important so that we can process the account deletion.  Please note that there must be no outstanding items on your account.

When you delete your account, you lose the option to exchange or return the product, so we recommend that you cancel your account when the time has passed or you know that you will not need to exchange or return any product purchased.
