1- How do I search for a product?

You can find a particular product in two ways: 

a- Placing in the search engine the code of the same (in case of possessing the product the code will be able to find it in the label); also you can place its name;

b- You can search for it using our categories and filters.

2- How do I add it to the cart?

To add the chosen product you can click on the drawing of the cart without entering the product (from the mobile you will find a button that says: "Add to cart".), in this case bear in mind that the size will be the default, so you must check that it is correct before finalizing the purchase.

You can also enter the product, choose the size and add to the cart from the button

If you are in "my favorites" you will find the same drawing of the cart or you will be able to enter it before adding it. Keep in mind to verify that it is the correct size

If you want to add a product to your basket that is in "my wish list" you must enter the list and you will have the drawing of the cart to the right of the product.

Each time you add a product to the cart (unless you do it from the wish list), you will have two options: "Continue shopping" or "Checkout". In the first option you can continue shopping and add more items, in the option "Checkout" will take you to the cart where you can continue with the steps to make your purchase.

3- Once you have chosen all the products, what are the steps to finish the purchase?

STEP 1: You will be able to access the cart by clicking on "Checkout" when adding the last product or from the drawing of the cart that you will find in the upper right margin.

When you enter to it you will have the detail of all the products that you have chosen, including the quantity, the color (if there were several options) and the size. We ask you to verify these data so that there is no error.

On the right you will find the summary of the purchase: Quantity of products, amount, and shipping cost.

After taxes find the "Checkout" button to move forward

STEP 2: ADDRESSES By clicking on it you will be taken to the address choice, where you can choose the address you already have loaded, or Add a new one.

Once you have chosen it, you must click on "Continue".

STEP 3: SHIPPING METHOD Here You can choose between Express Mail or Pick up in store and you can add a comment such as clarification on delivery. In the first option you can see the cost of shipping.

STEP 4: PAYMENT At this point you must choose the payment method you prefer and accept the terms and conditions to do so. In the event that the payment methods have particular charges, they will be detailed when you opt for them.

4- How do I add or remove products from my shopping cart?

As long as you have not made the payment you can continue adding or removing products.

To change the quantity of a chosen product you can move the arrows up or down as desired.

To remove a product, you only need to click on the cross that appears on the item.

To add a different product to the one chosen so far, you can click anywhere in the header of the website, either in a category or in the company logo.

By adding it you will be able to return to the cart as indicated in points 2 and 3 and finalize your purchase.

5- If I am in the cart, can I enter the chosen products?

Of course, you only have to click on the name of the product you want to enter

6- If I have advanced and I want to verify data, can I go back?

Yes!, always before making the payment, the purchase is pending so you can return to all the steps above by clicking on "EDIT" of the step you want, either: Personal Data, Addresses and Shipping Methods. In this way you can verify the data you have chosen or uploaded or modify them.

7- I have a discount coupon, how do I add it?

If you have been sent a discount coupon for a particular reason or you know of a temporary promotion of Hippie Store such as "Black Friday", "Halloween" or many others that we usually launch during the year, then you must place it before paying to apply the discount correctly.

This code can be placed in point 1, 2 or 3, or also in point 4 of the purchase process detailed above in question 3- Once all the products have been chosen, what are the steps to Finalize the Purchase?

But remember to ALWAYS do it before PAYING. Then it will be too late.

The code of the coupon can appear in the cart, if so, you can find it below where the promotional code is placed. In that case, you can click on the code and it will load automatically.

In the case of a general coupon, for all customers, for some temporary promotion of the website, the code will know because along with the advertising you have seen in the newsletter, or on Facebook or Instagram, the code will appear. In this case you only have to put it in the box.

Once you have placed the code, you will have to click on "Add" and the system will carry out the discount modifying the amount to pay.

8- I add the products and when I go to the cart, they are not there / Or you don't let me add the products to the cart

If you have browsed the web a lot, either by looking at several products or by adding and removing them from the cart, the cache of your device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) may be loaded, and this may cause a problem when trying to finish the purchase.

To solve this problem you can do different things:

a) Make the purchase from another device

b) Delete the cache of the device where this happens to you, to do this there are different ways, depending on the mobile/tablet/computer and also depending on which system your device uses (androi, mac, etc), that is why we cannot tell you all the ways, but if from the same device you open a sale and in google you write: "how to delete the browser cache", you will find without problems the way to do it.

c) Open an incognito window, it is a page where you can access the internet without your browser storing the data you send and receive while using it. To do this you only have to open the browser and click on the three points in the top right-hand corner. When you do this, a menu of options will open, one of which is to open an incognito window. By doing this, you will have to enter the website again and finish your order.

13- If prices vary after my purchase, how does it affect me?

In the case of price variation, either increase or decrease, it will not affect you at all if the purchase was already confirmed.

If you want to make a change after this variation, will respect the value paid, so if you change for the same garment in another size or color, you will get the new one without any additional charge and if you want to change it for another product, the coupon for the change will be made of the value paid.
